BUYER AGENCY
In the past when you worked with an agent to find a home, the agent, in most cases, was employed by the seller. That meant that, while you and the agent may have worked closely together, he or she had a fiduciary responsibility to always act in the best interest of the seller. Now you can put an agent squarely and exclusively in your corner.
We can offer you the opportunity to have your own Buyer’s Agent. The concept extremely popular and could save you thousands of dollars. If you wish, we would be pleased to serve in that capacity for you. It would mean that we would enter into an agreement in which we become your agent in your quest for finding a home. We would be responsible ONLY to you – not the seller. Under this relationship we can, and will, be able to do all the things listed below under Buyer Agent which, for legal and other reasons, we cannot otherwise do.

This comparison clearly demonstrates the value of the Dedicated Buyer Agent representing the buyer, over the Seller Agent, who represents the seller only. |
