  - a student attending the new MSU College of Human Medicine - Grand Rapids Campus, or Grand Valley State's Downtown campus.  Or any of our other colleges and universities

• Previewing homes and assessing their suitability to your needs. 
• Provide more pictures than are on the real estate boards. 
• Accomodate your busy schedule
• Relocation package of local information given to you on your first visit to the area for viewing of homes.
• Once we are successful in finding your new home, we can arrange for services such as carpet/duct/general cleaning, painters, lawn care and snowplowing or general repairs
